Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour with Little Ram Oyster Company and learn what it takes to bring delicious oysters to your table. Owners Stefanie Bassett and Elizabeth Peeples will share their story, demonstrate their technique to safely open fresh oysters, and offer you a sample to taste, paired with a glass of local wine.
